Help, what can I do to help her?

Peri (one of my adopted mice) is not well. I'm going to take her to the vets 1 st thing in the morning. What can I do to help her be comfortable overnight.
She's eating and drinking and to be honest if I didn't know better I'd say she was pregnant. Her back end is very distended and although there's no obvious 'lump' her skin at the base of her body near her bum is black. She hasn't pood at all when I had her out, and didn't really move much, could she be really constipated?
Obviously a vet case but I don't like the thought of her being in pain overnight :(
Any ideas welcome please.
Thanks in advance.

Oh your poor girl, she sounds like she has a blockage somewhere. I hope the vet can help and please let us know how she gets on. Hope it's nothing serious and can be treated.
