Meal Worms

So I found some dried meal worms earlier and decided to see if my mice would eat some. I opened up their cage and they came to me. I showed them the meal worms and they just took it. One by one they kept coming to me for more. It was really amusing and cute and I'm happy I found another treat they love other than bread and peanut butter. By the way I'm not going to frequently feed them meal worms because its a treat. Anyway is meal worms bad for them? should I stop with meal worms or is it okay. Just curious

Mealworms are good, they're high in protein which is good for nursing mums and growing youngsters but you're right, the mice shouldn't have too many at a time, I think I'd limit it to a mealworm per mouse, perhaps every other day.
